These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92jeet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 92jeet website available at https://92jeet.cam and all associated services, features and content offered thereon.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 92jeet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement and are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on the 92jeet platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, expressed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or such other currency as the platform may support.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins or similar incentives credited to your Account under the terms of an active promotion.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any sports bet, casino game round or any other gaming transaction placed using real-money or bonus funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required prior to account approval or withdrawal processing.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory where access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the 92jeet website, mobile-optimised interface, help center and all associated services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative bet turnover that must be completed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an active account on 92jeet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP).
• A valid Pakistani passport.

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any other form of cheating in sports betting or gaming activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract the source code of any platform software.
• Transmitting viruses, malware or any other harmful code through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 92jeet staff or other users through any platform communication channel.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any transaction that may facilitate money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 92jeet platform are conducted through the payment methods available in the cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options — is subject to change without notice and is governed by each provider's own terms of service.

Payment references are informational only. The listing of Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, or any other payment service name on this platform does not constitute a claim that these services endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. • Only wagers placed on eligible games and markets count towards meeting wagering requirements. Different game categories contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds carry a specified expiry period after which they will be removed from your account together with any associated winnings if the wagering requirement has not been met.
• 92jeet reserves the right to withdraw, amend or reclaim any bonus that was claimed as a result of fraudulent conduct, system errors or in breach of these Terms.
• A maximum bet restriction may apply whilst wagering through Bonus Funds. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation.

All wagers placed on 92jeet are subject to the applicable betting rules for each sport, market and game type. General betting rules are as follows:

• A wager is confirmed and binding once the user has received an on-screen confirmation and the bet has been deducted from the account balance.
• 92jeet reserves the right to limit, void or reverse any wager where there is evidence of a software error, odds pricing error, match-fixing suspicion or data feed failure.

• A user has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Fraudulent, collusive or otherwise dishonest conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Suspicious wagering patterns that may indicate match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or bonus abuse are detected.
• Applicable AML obligations require account freezing or investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may request closure at any time via the support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the user's registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92jeet and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 92jeet's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on the 92jeet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content and compiled data — is the exclusive property of 92jeet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any platform content without express written consent from 92jeet.

92jeet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or a prominent platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92jeet holds its operating license. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents a user from exercising any statutory consumer protection rights available to them under the laws of their country of residence.
